3rd 9 Weeks (Week 6)                                                                                                                               2/11/18

Quote for the Week:

Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.             Alfred A. Montapert

Mr. Tedders’ Notes:

Valentine’s Day is an Early Release Day: OHS will not accept deliveries to the school due to early release day schedule. (Feb 14th).  We’ve had too many issues with Valentine’s Day being on an Early Release Day in the past and want to avoid anything lost or students not on campus to receive the gift.  Thank you for understanding.

Art Club is in need of Soda Cans:

As some of you may already know, art students are building an installation art piece (large-scale sculpture) for the Okeechobee Music Festival. We are in desperate need of empty soda cans. If you have soda cans at home or in school please send cans to my room (6-105).

Early Release Day, Wednesday Feb. 14th:

Students will go to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods.

Bell for Lunch/Release @ 10:15

Buses @ 10:45

Grad Night Committee:

If you are interested in helping with the Grad night festivities hosted by Our Village Okeechobee, the first meeting will be held on Thursday, February 15th at OHS in the conference room. The meeting is from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. If you want to help but cannot attend this first meeting, call Leah Suarez at 863-697-8718 or email Hope to see you there!
