3rd 9 weeks: Week of Feb. 20th: (Week 8)                                                                                        2/20/17

Quote for the Week:

"Ordinary people think merely of spending time, great people think of using it." --Arthur Schopenhauer

Mr. Tedders’ Notes:

Seniors: Are you almost done with your Scholarship packets?  Mrs. Coleman sent this reminder email about what is due this Friday:

Mrs. Tabbert’s packet is DUE by Friday, February 24, 2017 by 3:30pm!  Please label your envelope as shown and place the listed items in your envelope.  You MUST submit a completed packet to Mrs. Tabbert to apply for local scholarships! CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

Cap and Gown Flyers: We will be handing these out through history classes starting Tuesday, February 21.

Seniors NEED to sign-up during lunch to make their appointment.

Testing is right around the corner:

**FSA Writing (Feb 28th) will involve all 10th graders and any 11th and 12th grade student who still needs to pass to meet the Graduation requirement.

**SAT School Day (March 1st): A free SAT test is given to all 11th graders who register with Mrs. Brewer during the last couple of weeks.  This exam is critical for any student wishing to attend college, apply for scholarships, and those who need a score to meet the requirement for Graduation (FSA ELA and Algebra 1).

******Please encourage your student to attend and give their best effort. These exams could be a factor in crossing the stage at Graduation.
